I have a 7mm from Gunwerks and I ordered a Ultra 7 CB suppressor. I have 1/2" thread on the end of my gunwerks barrell. I want to us the suppressor on it along with a Christensen arms I have. The question i have is the suppressor is a 5/8" screw on and my barrell on my gunwerks is 1/2". What thread adapter do you recommend for this application.

1/2-28 is not a safe/good thread for suppressors on calibers larger than about 6mm. Gunwerks knows this. 1/2-28 is not appropriate for suppressor mounting on any 7mm or .30 caliber magnums. It's just not a good idea considering the wall thickness. If you choose to proceed anyway, you'd have to get a 1/2-28 to 5/8-24 thread adapter. We typically recommend TROS USA for thread adapters. The best solution is to have the barrel rethreaded to something recommend & safe. The smallest we would recommend would be 9/16-24
