I am planning on a new build to be chambered in the new 300 prc. What would you recommend for minimum barrel length for the 30CB9 suppressor?

    Hi,

The 30CB9 was meant for magnum .30 cal cartridges that don't exceed "about 82" grains of powder. The 300 PRC has loads with more. If you kept to factory ammo, I think you'd be OK at 26" barrels or longer

Thank you. Is that 26” bbl including the length of the can or is it 26” bbl alone?

If I recored to the ultra components would that suffice if I were to exceed 82 grains or would it be better to get the 338 can? Thanks in advance!

Yes, but the 338 Ultra will suppress better
