I’m needing to clean my 22TD for the first time. Is there a ‘trick’ to separating the short baffle from #10? This is the first time taking it apart.

All of the others easily pop apart with the disassembly tool but I can’t get the short one to budge? What am I missing? It is supposed to come apart from #10, right?

Figured it’d be better to ask before potentially screwing something up.

Put the tool on the last baffle and hold the #10 baffle in your hand. If that doesn't work take a adjustable wrench the same way and it should come off.

Thank you so much... that worked!

The disassembly tool kept slipping off the small baffle. So, following your suggestion, I used my 6” adjustable wrench on the small baffle and the disassembly tool on #10 and was able to get them popped apart.

I must commend you guys on the precision machining you do. The tolerances you guys keep between parts is truly impressive.
