Our office is open M-F 9-5 PM [Mountain]. If you're a "business hours" type of person, give us a call! If we're busy and you get voicemail, leave a detailed message and we'll call you right back.
If you prefer email, go for it! Often it can save time and insure you get the specific information you need. We usually respond to emails within a few hours, sometimes minutes. From time to time, we're out for a few days for shooting or training-- in that case, we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you don't get a response within a couple days, it probably means the email got stuck in the "spam" filter. Please don't be shy - give us a call if this happens.
