TERMS

GENERAL
TBAC reserves the right to change prices without notice. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the possession and use of any products sold by TBAC. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. TBAC will not be held liable for the misuse of any product sold by TBAC. TBAC reserves the right to refuse service.

TBAC products are intended for use by properly trained and qualified personnel. If you do not have proper training to operate any TBAC product, do not use product until receiving such training. Improper, criminal, abusive, or negligent use, use by untrained individuals, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, defective, improperly loaded, non-standard, non-SAAMI/NATO specification, hand-loaded, or re-loaded ammunition, or neglect, may result in property damage, injury or death.

PAYMENT
Acceptable forms of payment: cash, USPS Postal Money Order, cashier's check (bank check), personal check, and Visa/MC/Discover. All checks may be held for up for 10 days to verify funds.

National Firearms Act (NFA) products shall be paid in full when the order is placed. Products manufactured with custom options shall be paid in full when the order is placed. Products other than NFA and custom products shall be paid when the product ships if payment was by a credit card; otherwise it must be pre-paid.

Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee.

SHIPPING
Shipping for NFA items is generally done within two business days of the time we get an approved Form 3 back from ATF. For other (non-NFA) items, we normally ship within 2 business days of payment if the items are in stock. We will contact you if there will be a delay, and we won't charge you until the product is in stock and ready to ship. This does not apply to custom-ordered items, which must be paid ahead of time.

TAX
Sales tax will be applied to all Wyoming sales. Out-of-state customers should be aware of their states' sales tax laws regarding out of state purchases.

NFA
For NFA items to go from being manufactured to in your hands, it usually must go through three sets of ATF paperwork: Form 2 (manufacture); Form 3 (transfer to FFL/SOT); Form 4 (transfer to individual). We cannot control how long it takes the ATF to process paperwork! For NFA items such as suppressors, our responsibility is to deliver the suppressor on a Form 3 to your local FFL/SOT. At that point, the transfer process is out of our hands. Your local FFL/SOT may charge a transfer fee for NFA items; we cannot change that.

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS
All sales of firearms, NFA products, and products manufactured with custom options are final with no returns. Cancellations prior to shipment incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the sales price. For the purposes of NFA products, a sale is completed when the product has been delivered to your FFL/SOT of choice on a Form 3, or for Wyoming residents, the Form 4 has been submitted.

Other products may be canceled without penalty prior to shipping, or returned within 15 days provided they have not been used, are in "New in Box" condition, and all packaging and documentation is intact; these returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only the product price will be refunded (minus restocking fee); you are still responsible for shipping.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number and sent to, TBAC, 8214 Hutchins Dr, Cheyenne, WY, 82007
