RL-17

    Zak,
    are you using RL-17 in your .260? Any temp issues with this heat in Colo & wyoming.
    What load are you using?

    We haven't had any problems with it.

    Max loads are usually somewhere around 42 grains with a 139-142 grain bullet, but it depends on your rifle.

    My new .260 should be in my hands next week! I'm planning on performing a ladder test to find the proper load of RL-17 for both 142SMKs and 139 Scenars. On the low end, where should I start to work up towards the 42 gr. max?

    I've been using CCI BR-2 primers in mine. Hope that helps!
